BlogHer2009 is going to be in Chicago even though the Windy City wasn’t even in the running this year. The ladies of BlogHer said that Portland didn’t have a conference center that was big enough to house everyone. Philadelphia was too expensive and St. Louis was hard to get to and wasn’t quite what was needed for a group this big, so Chicago it is. I’m pretty excited as I’ve only been to Chicago once and didn’t get to explore like I would have liked. I’m going to try to organize a posse of fun girl bloggers to share a room at the Chicago Sheraton & Towers but if that doesn’t work out Barack Obama’s house should be empty by then, right?
